  • No, I do not offer face-to-face sessions. All sessions are conducted online, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home.

  • Therapy sessions are conducted through platforms like Google Meet or WhatsApp video call, depending on your preference and comfort level.

  • Our initial meeting involves gathering biographical information and forming a comprehensive understanding of your background, challenges, and therapy objectives, all within a nurturing and supportive environment.

  • Engage genuinely, be open, and remain committed. Therapy is a judgment-free zone where all thoughts and feelings are welcome.

  • I value and appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations, as I run an individual practice with limited working hours and a high demand for sessions. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me as soon as you can.

    Cancellation Fees:

    No Shows: Unfortunately, if you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, a full price cancellation fee will be charged.

    Timely Cancellations: Cancellations made within a respectful amount of time (preferably at least 24 hours in advance) will not be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • What are your fees per session? The fee is 70 pounds or 80 euros per session.

    Do you accept insurance? I don't directly accept insurance but can provide invoices for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their out-of-network insurance benefits.

    What forms of payment do you accept? Payments can be made via an English or Spanish bank account or through PayPal.
