My Journey to Becoming a Psychologist

From a young age, I’ve been obsessed with understanding why people behave the way they do and wanted to learn as much as possible. Deeply analytical (annoyingly so) and determined to become a psychoanalyst from the moment I knew what one was, I began my journey in the UK studying psychology. Now, with over 20 years of experience and living in Spain, I run a successful online psychology practice that breaks geographical barriers, making therapy accessible from the comfort of our homes.

My commitment to continuous learning and my passion for the latest psychological research and techniques ensure that I provide the best possible support to my clients. Whether helping someone navigate a life transition, improve their relationships, or deepen their understanding of themselves, I bring years of knowledge and dedication to each session. Therapy with me is not just about addressing immediate challenges—it's about empowering you for the long term.
