From the comfort and privacy of your own home wherever you are in the world

Welcome to Zero Nonsense Therapy. I am an experienced therapist with many years of clinical practice, offering warm, direct and personalised support grounded in science.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, major life changes, or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy provides a space to explore what is happening and begin making meaningful changes.

No problem is too small to bring to therapy, and no challenge has to be faced alone. From our first session, we will work together to understand what you need, identify what may be holding you back and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I want you to feel fully understood and able to speak openly without worrying that you will be judged, criticised or misunderstood. I take time to understand not only what is happening in your life, but also how you think, how you respond under pressure and what experiences may have shaped your current patterns.

Together, we look at the thoughts, behaviours and relationship dynamics that may be keeping you stuck. I will help you separate facts from assumptions, recognise unhelpful patterns, understand why certain situations affect you so strongly and develop more effective ways of responding. The aim is not simply to listen, but to help you make sense of yourself, gain practical insight and feel more in control of what happens next.

My experience has been built over many years, through thousands of hours working directly with people and a substantial investment in advanced study and specialist training. I learned this work not only through textbooks and qualifications, but by sitting with people, listening carefully and helping them navigate complex situations. That depth of experience enables me to recognise patterns, ask more useful questions and adapt therapy to the individual rather than relying on a standard formula.

You may have been thinking about therapy for a while, telling yourself that the problem is not serious enough, that you should be able to handle it alone, or that things might improve on their own. But if the same thoughts, feelings or situations keep affecting your life, it is worth addressing them.

You do not need to have everything worked out before contacting me. You only need to know that something is not working as well as you would like. We can begin there, make sense of what is happening and work out what needs to change.
